🛍️ Returns Policy for Flyboy Studios Merchandise

Thank you for supporting Flyboy Studios by purchasing our branded merchandise! We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our Returns Policy carefully. This policy applies only to physical, branded merchandise (e.g., apparel, mugs, prints, accessories) and does not apply to photography services, digital image purchases, or custom prints/artwork, which are covered by your Photography Service Agreement.
1. General Return Conditions
1.1. Eligibility Window
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original delivery date.
1.2. Condition of Item
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
1.3. Proof of Purchase
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation email or packing slip.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Final Sale Items: Any merchandise explicitly marked as "Final Sale" (e.g., clearance, promotional items).
- Gift Cards.
- Digital Products (e.g., e-guides, digital downloads).
- Custom/Personalized Items: Products specially customized with names, dates, or bespoke designs.
- Custom Photography Prints or Artwork: These are created specifically for you and are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email andrew@flyboy-studios.com with the subject line: "Merchandise Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
- Provide Details: In the email, please include:
- Your Name and Order Number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).
- Whether you would like a Refund or an Exchange (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not send the item back before receiving an RA number.
- Shipping: The Client is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact andrew@flyboy-studios.com
5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you require a different size (subject to availability).
- If you need to exchange an item, follow the steps in Section 3 and clearly indicate the item and size/color you wish to exchange for.
- We will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back to you if the exchange is due to a defect or our shipping error.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Please contact andrew@flyboy-studios.com immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Attach clear photographs of the damage to your email.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged item.
